1. Changing Organizations:
    • Once Signed In, your name, along with the currently accessed organization, is visible in the menu bar at the top-left of the page. This organization name serves as a dropdown menu, providing the ability to effortlessly toggle between organizations. Prior to switching organizations, remember to save all your work.
  2. Signing In:
    • Upon successful sign-in, your name prominently displays in the top-left corner, confirming your access to Sparq Data Solutions. If not already signed in, a convenient 'Sign In!' link is readily available at the same location for quick access.
  3. Signing Out:
    • To conclude your session, initiate the sign-out process by clicking on your name in the top-left corner. A dropdown menu will appear with an option to 'Sign Out.' Remember to save any ongoing work before proceeding. This precaution becomes especially vital when using shared or public computers for enhanced security.
  4. Account Information:
    • To access your Account Information, click your name in the top left of the page, then select 'Account Information'. You will be able to change your Password, Username, Email Address, and other Account Information, and even upload a new profile picture to personalize your account.
  5. Search Functionality:
    • Click the magnifying glass icon in the Sparq Data Solutions Menu Bar to perform a site search.
  6. Help Center:
    • Click (or touch) the question mark icon in the Sparq Data Solutions Menu Bar to access the Help menu. From there, select the appropriate video or help topic.
  7. Contacting Sparq Data Solutions:
    • Hover over (or touch) the question mark icon [] in the Sparq Data Solutions Menu Bar to access the Help menu. From there, select the link to Contact Sparq Data Solutions.
  8. Switching Between Sparq Data Solutions Applications:
    • Hover over (or touch) the grid icon [] in the Sparq Data Solutions Menu Bar to access the Applications menu, then select the Application you want to access. You will be redirected to the selected Application and your current User and Organization information will be retained.
  9. Manage Organization:
    • To Manage your current Organization, click your name in the top-left corner of the page, then select Manage Organization. You will be able to update Organization Information including Phone Numbers, Addresses, Security Settings, and more.
  10. Manage Users:
    • To Manage Users, click your name in the top-left corner of the page, then select Manage Users. From the list of Users, select the user you want to Manage.
